Wightman Stewart has been appointed as the new UK exclusive distributor for Davi Promau, (www.davi.com) the world leading manufacturers of plate roll and section bending machines including bending systems for wind towers. Wightman Stewart was chosen on account of its vast sales and technical experience in the metal forming and cutting sectors including its agency for the world leading WARDJet waterjet cutting range.
Davi Promau is based in Cesena in Italy and has been established for over 40 years. The Davi Promau MCA range includes compact digital rolling machines capable of rolling metal up to 10mm thick and featuring the Davi Smart Pro CNC controller. The MCB range can roll thicknesses from 13 – 70 mm with a choice of 2050 – 3100mm roll widths. Ideal for high production rates and automated bending processes, the MCB range includes a number of different models for large bar and flange rolling, boilers and heat exchangers, tube and pipe manufacturing as well as for rolling conical shapes.
